What's included

Six parts of one Local SEO service

Everything below works together, so your profile, website and tracking tell the same story.

01

Google Business Profile

Your profile is often the first thing a local customer sees. I set it up or clean it up, so your business details are complete, accurate and consistent with your website.

  • Categories, services and description
  • Photos, posts and Q&A
  • Accuracy and duplicate checks
02

Local keyword research

I look for the words real customers use when they search for your service in your area, then match each one to the page that should answer it.

  • Service and city searches
  • Questions customers ask
  • A keyword-to-page map
03

On-page local SEO

Your website has to tell Google and visitors what you do and where. I improve your service and location pages, titles, headings, internal links and local business schema.

  • Service and location pages
  • Titles, headings and internal links
  • Local business schema
  • Mobile and speed basics on WordPress
04

Citations and local links

Consistent business details across trusted directories help confirm who you are and where you operate. I build clean listings and look for relevant local mentions.

  • Name, address and phone consistency
  • Relevant directories and listings
  • Cleanup of wrong or duplicate listings
05

Reviews

Reviews influence trust and visibility. I set up a simple, honest way to ask your real customers, and a plan for replying to them.

  • Review link and request message
  • Reply templates
  • No fake or paid reviews
06

Tracking and reporting

You should be able to see what is working. I set up tracking for calls, direction requests, website clicks and enquiries, and explain it in plain language.

  • Business Profile insights
  • Call and form tracking
  • Search Console and Analytics
  • A clear report you can read

How it works

Four steps from audit to tracking

A simple order of work, so you always know what’s happening and why.

01

Audit

I review your Business Profile, website and the local results your customers see, and note what is missing or wrong.

02

Plan

I choose the keywords, the pages to fix and the order to do things in, so the work starts where it matters most.

03

Optimize

I update your profile, service pages, listings and review process, fixing the issues the audit found.

04

Track and improve

I set up tracking for calls, direction requests and enquiries, then adjust the work based on what it shows.

How local rankings work

How Google decides who appears on the map

When someone searches for a service nearby, Google weighs three things. You can’t change the first one, but you can improve the other two.

  • You can't change

    Distance

How close your business is to the person searching, or to the area they name. You can't move it, so the aim is to be the strongest result within your reach.

  • You can improve

    Relevance

How well your profile and website match what the person searched for. The right categories, services and pages make that match clear.

  • You can improve

    Prominence

How well-known and trusted your business looks online, through reviews, listings, mentions and a solid website.

FAQ

Questions people ask before starting Local SEO.

Straight answers on what I need, what I do and what I won't promise.

Do I need a physical shop or office?

You need a real location customers can visit, or a defined area you travel to serve. Google's rules for Business Profiles are built around that. If you have neither, Local SEO is not the right fit yet, and I'll tell you so.

What do you need from me to start?

Access to your Google Business Profile (as a manager) and your website, a list of your services and the areas you serve, and some real photos of your business. I'll tell you exactly what's missing after the first look.

Will you use my existing Business Profile or make a new one?

If you already have one, I work on it and clean up duplicates or wrong details. I only help create a new profile when you don't have one and your business qualifies for it.

Do you write or buy reviews for me?

No. Fake or paid reviews go against Google's rules and can hurt your profile. I set up an honest way to ask your real customers and a plan for replying to them.

Do I need a website, or is a Business Profile enough?

A profile alone has limits. A clear website with proper service pages gives Google and customers more to trust. If you don't have one, I can build it on WordPress as part of the work.

Will my business show up in "near me" searches?

I can't promise that. Those results depend heavily on how close the searcher is. What I work on is relevance and prominence, so you're a strong, trusted option when Google looks at who is nearby.

What will I see in your reports?

Plain-language reports on calls, direction requests, website clicks and enquiries, along with how your profile and local searches are changing. No jargon and no vanity numbers.

Is Local SEO a one-time job or ongoing?

There is a setup stage where most of the fixes happen. After that, local results keep changing as competitors and Google change, so ongoing work helps you hold your position. We can talk through what suits your business.
